Pay

A 50% deposit is payable by bank transfer.Required immediately after booking.

The remaining balance will be paid in cash upon arrival.

The price per night,

is calculated based on the number of persons,

if more persons arrive than booked, you will have to pay for the extra persons in the Villa.

A damage deposit of
150 EUR per Apartment required.

This will in cash deposited.

Before departure,

you will be charged the damage deposit.

Fully refunded in cash,

after the accommodation was inspected

and no damage was found.

Cancellation

For bookings cancelled within 24 hours of booking,

no fees will be charged.

In case of cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, you will receive a voucher for the amount of the deposit.

From 29 days before arrival,

a cancellation fee of 100% will apply.

Card payment is not possible at the Villa.

After booking, we require a photo of your passport/identity card.

This can also be submitted on site.

Greek citizens

(residents of Greece) must additionally

provide your tax identification number (AFM).

The Villa is located In front of the sea,

but the beach is not directly accessible every year!

Please do not leave any rubbish in the apartment. Use the public containers on the main road, for example opposite the Villa.
